finally we baked brownies!! :D elaine, luckily your kitchen never explode.
yes, it all started with this disgusting looking solid-liquid thingy..
and then we microwaved it and the yellowish thingy (which is butter la!) disappearred.
then we beat it. beat. beat. beat. i can see ur saliva drooling now. muaha.
and now... transferring into the baking tray...
and.....TADA! after enduring the heat in the oven, IT'S DONE! :D
well, i admit it isnt that good looking, BUT IT TASTED HEAVENLY NICE! :D
oh and we baked cookies too!
this is supposed to be gingerbread man. =( SUPPOSED.
but it looks more like a teddy bear with eyes and a mouth after the dough expanded and everything clustered together. i didnt know the dough love each other so much that they have to stick together back into one big piece....and there goes my gingerbread man!!
and my teddy bear is now in elaine's stomach. BOOHOO.
i think i gained 1kg that day! WE KEPT EATING NON-STOP. we had lasagna (YUMMY!)
and we tried to fry potatoes scallops which i dont really think it's that awesome,but the coating is nice. hahahaha.
we had crepes too.
I LOVE ELAINE'S MUMMY. haha. cause she made us nice nice food! :D hahahah. but she said no more baking lessons for us. =(

it seems to be a chocolate-y day cause i ate chocolate cake at night too! :D
wanted to buy from my house's nearby cake shop, and guess what happened?
the auntie told me: " girl ah, the strawberry hor, one of it rotten one. you cannot eat rotten strawberry. not good. dont know why the strawberry rot so fast. i go find new one for you. you wait." and few minutes later, she came back and said: "i dont know where my colleagues put the box of strawberries. this one is rotten. must find new one. this one rotten cannot give you"
wahpiang eh. she must say how many times it's rotten. YES I KNOW. and guess what, after i walked away, she still put the cake back into the display counter! i wonder who is the next person to hear her rotten strawberry speech.
so in the end, flora bought from serangoon. :)
oh! and the cake is for our dear ximei! okay, cuz she liked choco cake with strawberries on top.. and that's why i didnt buy the cake from my house although the auntie suggested to take away all the strawberries.
YEAAA. we succeed in our secret mission to surprise ximei! so romantic la the mini bday celebration. we had it at esplanade's roof top..and there's 'live' birthday song with guitar accompanying somemore! :)

it's been quite some time since the gang of us meet up and chat. everyone is so occupied with either studies or work. more regularly meet ups and movies together when we're free k! :)

oh and the ice-kachang really looks huge from the angle i took. no wonder the waiter said with a dreamy face to ahdu that "YOU ARE STRONG". i almost died laughing.
