it's been one year.
15 june 2008 - URTO finals.
it's been one year! time really whiz passed man! i remembered last year, around this time.. i'm heading back to office, feeling super relieved and glad that URTO was finally OVER! i did a jump shot along my way back. heh.
one year already..the contestants seem to be doing quite fine.. well i have totally no news of jianfeng & rachelle, but i think they should be fine..while i have the rest on fb..so at least i kinda know what's happening for them now. (: haha! and christalle is now an air-stewardess! she really got the seh to be one lah!
misses the days lots. though it was a bitter-sweet memory, but definitely a great experience. trust me, you wouldn't feel that it's so exciting having to go to the same place once every week and conduct 1 hour of interviews, brainstorm for fresh angles for interview and rush 3 related articles every week. it's really tiring, but i guessed all my hard work was worth it. i had given in my best and put all my heart and soul and dedicated so much personal time to it man. and in return, i gained very valuable and priceless things - the wonderful memory & also some friendship made.
the first guy in front is kinda like my official cameraman - uncle roger! he's very funny one sia! heh. this was after the semi-finals for the guys. louis managed to get into the finals and as you can tell, we're basically having fun and enjoying ourselves. lol. we're inspired by louis's indian dance performance. LOL.
and ta-da! louis fong. honestly, i didn't like him at the beginning. felt that he's pretty arrogant and anticsocial. but well, he's actually a very funny and sociable guy! and what i like about him is.. he totally understood that i'm just doing my job as a journalist, and it's not any personal attack or like i purposely wanna make them feel upset. thanks, louis! i really feel that it's such a pity he didnt get a contract! cause he's one good actor! :)
with 3 of the female contestants.. totally adores liangyi's character. :) she's a very very confident girl.. and she always never fail to gimme good answers. heh!
my favourite male contestants & interviewees! (zhenhuan wasn't in sight! he should have been inside this photo too!) thanks to them being so cooperative and entertaining, i had stories to write almost each week. HAHAHAA. i will never forget gavrill and his "i sing kiss goodbye, audience will all run".
